These are a few examples of our weathertight kits delivered to your site in mainland  UK, generally including all external & internal walls, roof structure, floor joists, subfloor, fixings, high spec. windows, exterior doors, insulation, fascias, soffits, external cedar cladding, external trim, deck materials. Paneltech kits are prefabricated insulated panel structures manufactured in our UK factory that are delivered ready to erect usually in only a few days, many external claddings are available but for pricing purposes we have included a cedar wood external finish.

Please compare our specifications with anything else on the market, all our materials used in the construction of our buildings  are of the highest specification and we use Cedar which resists decay in our damp weather and will give much less maintenance problems and a much longer life that pine or other softwoods.

Solid log is quoted as 150mm solid cedar log with an internal insulation layer.
If we erect for you there is no vat to pay, if we just deliver and you arrange your own erection we will charge 17.5% vat which self builders can reclaim at the end of the project.

Erection is not included in the above prices and can be quoted by request, erection charges for solid log are higher than the Paneltech system because of the much quicker time to build in the Paneltech system. offloading is the clients responsibility and a waiting time is allowed dependant on the size of delivery, multiple loads are staggered.
All  relevant import duties and transport charges are included
